Thank you for supporting KOTR Konpa Dance Studio. By purchasing tickets, classes, performances, private lessons, workshops, event services, or any other product or service offered by KOTR Konpa Dance Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following No-Return & Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by KOTR Konpa Dance Studio, purchases made for any KOTR product, service, class, workshop, performance, event, admission, reservation, or other offering are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the KOTR Konpa Dance Studio website as well as purchases associated with KOTR programs or events made through approved third-party platforms.

Event Tickets

All ticket sales for KOTR Konpa Dance Studio events are final.

This includes tickets purchased directly from KOTR as well as tickets sold through third-party ticketing or registration platforms, including but not limited to Eventbrite, Ticketstripe, or other third-party ticket providers used for KOTR events.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the event date, time, location, ticket type, and other applicable event information before completing their purchase.

Failure or inability to attend an event does not automatically qualify the purchaser for a refund.

Event Cancellations

A customer may request a refund when an event is canceled by KOTR Konpa Dance Studio and the event is not being rescheduled or otherwise replaced.

When applicable, refunds may be processed through the original payment method or ticketing platform and may also be subject to the applicable policies, procedures, processing times, and terms of the third-party ticketing provider.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled rather than canceled, the original purchase may remain valid for the new event date. KOTR will communicate applicable options to ticket holders when necessary.

Event or Service Credits

Although all sales are final, KOTR Konpa Dance Studio understands that unexpected circumstances may occur.

Depending on the event, service, availability, and circumstances, customers may contact our office to ask whether the value of an eligible purchase can be applied as a credit toward another qualifying KOTR event or service.

Credits are not guaranteed and are offered solely at the discretion of KOTR Konpa Dance Studio.

Approval of a credit in one situation does not create an obligation for KOTR to provide a credit in another situation. Any approved credit may be subject to restrictions, expiration dates, price differences, availability, or other conditions established by KOTR.

Classes, Private Lessons, Performances & Other Services

Purchases for dance classes, private lessons, workshops, performances, appearances, bookings, packages, and other KOTR services are considered final once purchased.

Individual services may also be subject to separate scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or booking terms provided at the time of purchase or booking. Where additional written terms apply to a specific service, those terms will apply together with this policy.

Third-Party Purchases

When tickets or registrations are purchased through a third-party provider, customers may also be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.

KOTR Konpa Dance Studio is not responsible for third-party service fees, processing fees, or other charges that a third-party provider determines are non-refundable.

Contact KOTR

If you are unable to attend an event or use a purchased service and would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a credit toward another qualifying KOTR event or service, please contact KOTR Konpa Dance Studio.

We encourage customers to contact us as early as possible. Requests made after an event has already occurred or after a scheduled service has passed may not qualify for consideration.

Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a purchase for a KOTR Konpa Dance Studio event, ticket, class, performance, booking, or service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this No-Return & Refund Policy and understand that, except for qualifying event cancellations or as otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

KOTR Konpa Dance Studio reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases after the revised policy is posted.
